1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on OurVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Membership & eligibility
OurVibe is a referral-only community network. Membership requires a valid referral code from an existing member of the community you are joining, and your profile is subject to admin review before becoming fully active. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Community conduct
OurVibe communities are built on trust. You agree not to impersonate others, post false or misleading information, harass other members, or use the referral system to admit people who don't genuinely belong to the community. Admins may reject, suspend, or remove a profile or business listing that violates these guidelines.
5. Business listings & posts
Businesses and posts you create are subject to admin approval before appearing to your community. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you post, including business details, event listings, and any external links you share.
6. Family relationships
Relationship requests (e.g. spouse, sibling, parent) are between the two members involved and require the recipient's acceptance. Misuse of this feature to misrepresent relationships may result in account suspension.
7. Donations
Donation campaigns link out to external donation pages. OurVibe does not process payments or handle funds directly, and is not responsible for transactions completed outside the app.
8. Push notifications
By using the app, you consent to receive push notifications for account activity (relationship requests, referral updates, business approval) and, where enabled, community announcements from your admin team. You can manage notification permissions from your device settings at any time.
9. Account deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time via the app's settings or at ourvibe.in/delete-account, without needing the app installed or your password.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
OurVibe is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes between members, third-party donation transactions, or content posted by other members.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of OurVibe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
